My workplace is winton middle school and it provides education to middle school students.

My workplace is winton middle school and it provides education to middle school students.

Winton employs people that went to college in order to provide kids with education.

6.Do most of the people there have a 4-year college degree, 2-year college degree, or technical certificate?
Many people has a 4-year degree theres only a few who has 2-year college degree.

7.Who does my workplace serve?
my workplace serves the youth.

8.What are the strengths of my workplace? 
The strengths of my workplace is the employees and how they join together and order to help the students that attend winton.Also the organization thats display in the office and classrooms.

9.What are the weaknesses of my workplace?
The weakness is more support and more programs.

A typical day with my mentor is busy because she's the office manger so she has to make sure everyone in office is doing their jobs.
